Liberty Victoria comes out swinging about international arrival caps

The civil liberties and human rights advocacy group isn't happy about last week's National Cabinet decision to slash the number of international arrivals by half. 

In a statement, the group called the reduction of the caps a breach of human rights.  See the ABC article here
