Have the Bilo Tamil family been given a fair go?

Two asylum seekers arrrived from Sri Lanka on separate boats almost ten years ago. They fell in love and married, had two children and setlled in the small QLD town of Biloela.  Three years ago the Federal government decided they were not entitled to visas and deported them.  The family appealed - and it's been mired in the courts ever since. The family is now in detention on Christmas Island.
