Hannah Dickinson

Hannah is an LIV Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law with extensive experience in the migration and refugee field, with particular expertise in visa cancellation, merits review and litigation. Formerly in private practice, she currently works conducting complex litigation in the Federal Circuit, Federal and High Courts of Australia.
 
Hannah joined the Policy Committee in 2019. She is also the Chair of the Visa Cancellations Working Group, a national organisation with a membership drawing from private law, not-for-profit organisations, community legal centres and tertiary institutions, and a member of the LIV Migration Law Committee.

Hannah was elected as Secretary of LV in November 2021.
