Sam Norton (LL.B., B.A) is partner in Stary Norton Halphen Lawyers having joined the firm in the latter part of 2006. Sam previously worked for Radford Legal in Stawell and St Arnaud, Lucas and Marshman in Horsham and a number of Government positions in London.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Politics Major) and a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and was admitted to practice in 2001, and in 2008 obtained specialist accreditation in Criminal Law.
Sam is a former Co-Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the Law Institute and a current member of the Executive Committee. He has been a Volunteer at the Inner Melbourne Legal Service and has appeared extensively in cases throughout the Criminal Law Jurisdiction.
