Review of the Telecommunications and Other Legislation Amendment (Assistance and Access) Act 2018

Liberty Victoria Supports the Joint Submission of the Australian Civil Society Coalition of which we are member. "The PJCIS should wholesale reject this bill (now law). The Act should be repealed in its entirety. We are deeply concerned by the powers contained in the Act, and the serious implications for human rights and democratic governance."
