Couple fined for holiday they took a year ago

Victorian authorities will review all infringements given for coronavirus rule breaches after another mix-up saw a couple fined more than $3000 for a holiday they went on a year ago.  Michael Stanton from Liberty Victoria is interviewed in this news story.
