Martin Radzaj works in criminal law in the areas of summary and indictable crime. He graduated with a double degree in law and commerce from Monash University. From 2014 until 2019 Martin worked as a solicitor advocate at Victoria Legal Aid, appearing for disadvantaged clients at all stages of contested hearings. In 2018 Martin was seconded to work at the Department of Justice & Regulation to assist in the coordination of the Criminal Law Reform division’s legislative program where he provided advice to the Attorney-General.
Martin became a member of the Management Committee in November 2017 and a member of the Policy Committee in November 2018.
